South Staffordshire Council – Local Plan Review Preferred Options Consultation

A Public Consultation on South Staffordshire Council’s Preferred Options stage of the Local Plan Review commenced on Monday 1st November and will run for 6 weeks until the deadline for submissions of 5pm on Monday 13th December 2021.

The Preferred Options stage of the Local Plan review sets out proposed sites for housing, employment and the Gypsy and Traveller community for the plan period, and also includes new and updated policies to replace those within the current adopted Core Strategy and Site Allocations Document.

The Preferred Options Consultation asks for comments on a series of questions regarding the Council’s proposed policies. All comments must be made in writing and will only be accepted within the consultation period.
