Coventry Consult on Three SPDs

Coventry City Council are currently consulting on three draft Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs). Comments are invited to be submitted by 18th January 2022. The SPDs provide more detailed advice on the delivery of policies contained within the Coventry Local Plan, adopted December 2017, and cover Energy, Open Space and Affordable Housing.

It is anticipated that the Council will consult on three more SPDs in January 2022 dealing with the delivery of policies on Tall Buildings, Biodiversity and Residential Design.
