South Gloucestershire consults on new Local Plan

TP Editorial Team

South Gloucestershire Council is currently consulting on their new Local Plan from 5th February until 30 April 2018.

The Local Plan Consultation Document seeks views on how the delivery of new homes and jobs that are needed can be ensured along with the infrastructure, services and facilities to support sustainable growth within the area.

The consultation also includes a ‘Call for Sites’ where landowners can submit details of land they would like considered for development and the documents can be viewed here.

If you have land interests within the South Gloucestershire area and would like further information about the consultation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
