Stratford-on-Avon full steam ahead on revising plans

This month Stratford-on-Avon District Council has published a revised Local Development Scheme which sets out an indicative timetable for public consultation on new planning policy documents. As early as October/November we should see consultation on the Preferred Options version of the Site Allocations Plan. The initial Issues and Options version of the Core Strategy Review is expected to be published for consultation in January/February 2021.

We would be happy to assist in assessing either or both of these documents if you have any land or property interests in the District which you may wish to ensure are protected or promoted.
