Rugby Local Plan Consultation

John Baggott

Rugby Borough Council is currently consulting on their draft Local Plan Review. This consultation relates to the Issues and Options stage of the review of the Local Plan preparation and considers the most significant planning issues facing Rugby Borough, including, Town Centre regeneration; land for employment uses; land for housebuilding; and pitches for gypsies and travellers.

The Issues and Options consultation is accompanied by a “call for sites” which offers the opportunity for interested parties to promote and propose land for inclusion within the emerging Local Plan Review, to meet the development needs identified.

The consultation commenced on 30 October 2023 and runs until 2 February 2024.

Should you wish to discuss the implications of the plan for your land or buildings, please get in touch.
