Review of the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan underway

David Carter

Telford and Wrekin Council's Local Plan Review is now at its draft plan stage (Regulation 18).

The draft Plan sets out the council’s vision for the borough, priorities for the plan, preferred policies and proposed housing and employment sites. This stage has been informed by the earlier Issues and Options consultation held in 2021.

The new plan covers the whole of the borough and will determine the level, distribution of growth and development up to 2040.

The consultation period runs until 12 January 2024.

Should you wish to discuss the implications of the plan for your land or buildings, please get in touch.
