Tyler Parkes has secured full planning permission for the erection of a new dwelling at 124 Horncastle Road, Roughton Moor, Lincolnshire.
East Lindsey District Council approved the application for a new home together with a new vehicular access and the demolition of an existing outbuilding.
The Council concluded that the proposal complied with the relevant Development Plan policies and the National Planning Policy Framework. The permission is subject to a limited number of conditions, including approval of external materials and the incorporation of a universal nest brick and integrated bat box to enhance biodiversity.
Tyler Parkes acted as planning agent for the application, which was approved on 4 September 2026.
This is another example of how carefully considered residential development can be successfully progressed through the planning system, even on smaller individual sites.
