Dudley Council Consults on CIL List

We have been notified that Dudley Council are currently undertaking a formal consultation on their annual update of the CIL Regulation 123 List. The List prioritises infrastructure projects for investment. The closing date for comments on the revised List, and any requests for additional infrastructure projects to be included, is Wednesday 26th February 2020.

If you wish to make a case to receive financial contributions via CIL towards a funding gap for an infrastructure project required as a result of proposed development, robust evidence will need to be provided to accompany any representation submitted before the closing date.
