The four Black Country local authorities (Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton) intend to consult on the initial Issues and Options version of the Black Country Core Strategy (BCCS) Review between 3rd July and 8th September 2017. The BCCS was originally adopted in February 2011 and the Review will seek to plan for the area’s growth up to 2036. We shall post updates on our website as they arise.
