Stratford-on-Avon District Council - Site Allocation Plan

On Monday 19 October, Stratford-on-Avon District Council endorsed the Preferred Options version of its proposed Site Allocations Plan for public consultation.

The Site Allocations Plan (SAP) will accompany the existing adopted Core Strategy. This version of the SAP replaces the previous Proposed Submission version from July 2019 which is now formally withdrawn.

As well as a number of specific proposals, the Preferred Options SAP includes reserve housing sites, sites for Self-build and Custom-build Housing, and defines previously unidentified Built-Up Area Boundaries within the District

The formal public consultation is anticipated to commence at the end of October 2020 and will be open for a period of 6 weeks.
