Solihull Consults on Travel Plan Supplementary Planning Document

Solihull Council has published a Travel Plan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for consultation until 5 September 2022. The SPD comprises a suite of documents, providing details of when Travel Plans are required for different types and scales of planning application, together with guidance on what the Travel Plans should cover and their potential costs. The guidance is relevant to anyone submitting an application for a residential, commercial, or education development.
