First Phase in HTM Redevelopment Project Approved

This is the second planning permission we have recently achieved for this highway management company; the first was the expansion of their existing depot on Tyburn Road and this latest consent for the demolition of a vacant car showroom and the temporary use of the site, also on Tyburn Road, as a depot to facilitate these works.

This is only the first phase in our client’s plans for the site and we are really pleased to be supporting this locally based company in their exciting plans for the future. Planning permission was granted in April 2020.
