New Senior Planning Consultant at TPP!
We are delighted to announce that we have further strengthened our planning team with the appointment of a new Senior Planning Consultant, Amanda Stobbs, a chartered town planner with over 10 years’ experience in private practice.
Amanda has experience on a wide variety of projects, including residential proposals from circa 300 dwelling schemes to applications for single dwellings, commercial and industrial, leisure and tourism, renewable energy, waste management and flood alleviation schemes. She has provided planning, environmental and consultation services from project inception through to completion on site.
Her involvement in projects extends across all scales of development including major schemes with Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) to minor developments, changes of use, listed building applications, prior approvals and certificates of lawfulness, as well as supporting local plan representations.
Amanda can provide a wide range of planning consultancy services including site appraisals to support land acquisitions and land promotion, the management of applications including the preparation of supporting statements, the co-ordination of EIAs and non-EIA environmental and technical reports, student housing needs assessments, and consultation strategies. She is also experienced in providing post-submission and post-consent services, including the management of discharge of condition applications and public rights of way diversion applications.
Prior to becoming a town planner, Amanda was employed in several other construction-related fields, including as an architectural technician, land surveyor, geographic data manager, project manager, providing her with a rounded understanding of the entire construction process.
