Tyler-Parkes recently assisted a local housebuilder client with a difficult case for new build houses and the conversion of locally listed buildings to form four dwellings and extensions to a further house in Barston, Solihull within the Green Belt.

We compiled ‘Very Special Circumstances’ arguments for the proposals, which were accepted by Solihull Council. This enabled planning permission to be granted for two new dwellings, extension and alterations of an existing dwelling and extension/conversion of existing locally listed buildings to form two new dwellings.
