Coronavirus (COVID-19): Important Message (updated 24/03/20)
In response to the spread of Coronavirus, Tyler Parkes has put measures in place to protect the health and well-being of our staff and their families, and our clients and visitors, whilst fully maintaining business continuity. Our aim is to continue to provide you with the same high-quality professional planning and architectural service.
From Monday 23 March 2020, the Tyler Parkes team will be working from home, in line with current Government advice. This is something which many of our team are already accustomed to. We are confident our IT and remote working capabilities will allow us to continue to provide the level of service you expect from us.
We will continue to operate during our normal hours of 09:00 to 17:30, albeit with the team working from their respective homes. All calls to the office will be automatically transferred to someone who will be able to relay your enquiry to any of our colleagues as required.
We will not carry out site surveys or visits. We will conduct meetings by video conference. We will also be available on the phone to discuss matters.
We will keep the evolving situation under review and implement any other measures necessary in response to Government advice.
Should you have any concerns we will be happy to clarify, but the objective is to keep all matters progressing as usual.
