Seb is a chartered architect, urban designer, and Certified Passive House designer. He has practised since 2007, qualifying with the ARB in 2012. He has driven the design and delivery of hundreds of millions of pounds’ worth of building projects, across different sectors. His experience ranges from research facilities and secure cleanroom labs for Blue Chip companies, to residential master planning and high-end domestic projects for families and individuals.
Whilst Seb’s main role is leading design teams and managing construction contracts, he also leads on quality assurance. Seb is passionate about continuous improvement, and he places particular importance on ensuring lessons from previous projects guide future ones.
Outside of work, Seb is a keen guitarist, runner, cyclist, and reader, and he also enjoys taking on further education such as the University of California, Berkeley ‘The Science of Happiness’ course.
