John has significant experience in both the public and private sector and understands the importance of building and managing relationships at many levels, through effective communication and persuasive dialogue. He joined Tyler-Parkes in 2017 and manages a wide variety of ongoing cases and returning Clients, drawing upon his previous local authority planning service management experience to assist and advise his Clients in realising the full potential of their development sites.
John has significant experience in dealing with often complex and multi-layered development proposals, including residential and commercial regeneration projects requiring multifaceted infrastructure delivery, as well as assisting small businesses and homeowners realise their development aspirations. He is a confident public speaker, with a keen eye for detail and a full appreciation of the bigger picture.
When not in work, John enjoys spending time with his daughters and walks in the countryside.
